These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Mike Can Help LLC, Viral Verve Marketing & Virvant as DBA ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
We provide custom website development and AI agent integration services. Under our "Build First" offer, we will construct a website for you prior to requiring payment. Once the website is completed and presented to you for review, you have the option to accept or decline the final product.
If you accept the website, you agree to pay the stated one-time fee (e.g., $397) to take ownership and launch the site.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Because you are provided the opportunity to review and accept the website before making any payment, no refunds are provided once payment is received. By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the work, are satisfied with the result, and accept the website as-is.
Furthermore, if you opt into any monthly subscription, ongoing maintenance plan, or any other product or service offered by Mike Can Help LLC, Viral Verve Marketing & Virvant as DBA, no refunds will be provided for those services either. Subscription cancellations will prevent future billing, but past payments are strictly non-refundable.
By submitting your contact information through our forms, you expressly consent to receive communications from Mike Can Help LLC, Viral Verve Marketing & Virvant as DBA. This includes but is not limited to emails, phone calls, and text messages (SMS/MMS) regarding your project, our services, or promotional offers.
You agree that these communications may be generated using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or prerecorded/artificial voice. Your consent to receive these communications is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt-out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP".
Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the custom website designed for your business. However, any proprietary code, underlying AI technology, or foundational frameworks utilized by Mike Can Help LLC, Viral Verve Marketing & Virvant as DBA remain our intellectual property.
In no event will Mike Can Help LLC, Viral Verve Marketing & Virvant as DBA, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the website or our services.
